Hannah specializes in (enjoys treating) orthopedic conditions and returns to sport training of all ages. With over 10 years of experience coaching competitive gymnastics, Hannah loves to integrate flexibility, strengthening, balance and beginner to high level skill training into her physical therapy practice.

Dr. Courtney Johnson, PT, DPT
Pelvic Floor Coach
Dr. Courtney Johnson was born and raised in Iowa. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Physiology. She then moved to Springfield, Missouri and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Missouri State University. Courtney had additional training in Pelvic Floor rehab (incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction), Dry Needling, and Management of the pregnant/postpartum fitness athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE) as well as numerous hours with Evidence in Motion and the continuing education programs. Courtney has a love for all things health and wellness. She spends a lot of her time staying active, strength training, creating exercise programs and educating others on nutrition and exercise. She is a foodie at heart, loves staying active outdoors and loves cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes! She owns Three Sixty Wellness (@thefemaleathletedoc on social media), and runs a virtual pelvic health and wellness coaching business in addition to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for women to do rehab 100% from home.

Coach Cameron Hockaday brings over 25 years of experience in the cheer and tumbling industry—specializing in game-day routines, national and state level titles, and elite athlete development. She is a seasoned choreographer and routine-review expert who empowers squads to unlock their potential and shine under pressure. With a heart for athlete growth and team culture, Cameron blends technical mastery with emotional awareness to build environments where athletes feel capable, seen, and ready to perform.

Kelvin Lam
Stunts & Tumbling | General Technician
Kelvin Lam was appointed San Jose State University[apos]s cheerleading head coach in 2011. Formerly an all-women[apos]s activity prior to his appointment as head coach, Lam increased squad participation and now has San Jose State performing co-ed cheer stunts and routines. In his first season with the Spartans, Lam coached an all-women stunt group to a second-place finish at the 2012 United Spirit Association (USA) Collegiate National Championship. A marketing and international business major, Lam was on the cheerleading squads at Hawaii Pacific University and at the University of Hawaii. The 2009 Hawaii graduate was a National Cheerleaders Association (NCA) national champion for partner stunts and was a contributing team member in the University winning the Paula Abdul RAH! Cheerleading Bowl Championship that same year. Lam was a member of the coed Team USA squad and is a three-time International Cheer Union (ICU) world cheerleading champion. Fully immersed in the all facets of cheerleading, Lam founded Cheer Moxie, a full-service cheerleading company based in South San Francisco, Calif., and co-founded the Aussie Gold Cheer & Dance Coaches[apos] Conference held annually in Gold Coast, Australia. Prior to taking the San Jose State coaching position, he coached a co-ed level 6 team to back-to-back national championships in 2010 and 2011 at JAMZ in Las Vegas. In 2012, he helped lead the all-girl level 6 team from Rebels Elite to The Cheerleading Worlds, run by U.S. All-Star Federation for cheer and dance teams. Lam is a Level 5 credentialed instructor by the U.S. All-Star Federation (USASF) for cheer and dance teams and is safety certified by the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators (AACCA). A noted teacher, instructor and coach. Lam[apos]s international travels include conducting camps and workshops in Australia, Mexico and Japan.
